[When she finally breaks away, she's looking more than a little dazed.To think that she's gone from not even knowing what a kiss really was to this in a matter of months is a little hard to believe. But here she is, newly engaged to a king and kissing him so openly.

It's essentially the best day of her life. And she can't stop smiling because of it.]

I think I could get used to doing that.

[streetprince]

I'm pretty sure you're supposed to.

[ There is something a little roguish about his grin that holds the promise of a whole lot of other things that she might like to get used to down the line. ]

[gleams]

[That grin of his makes her blush even more, and she winds up laughing and lightly pushing against his arm.]

Well...then I'm right on course.

[There's no need to rush. They have time for him to show her all those other things that his smile promises her.]

And you, Your Highness, shouldn't be making me blush so much!

[streetprince]

Why not? A blush looks quite fetching on you, you know.

[ She may have to resign herself to an awful lot of teasing if she marries this man. ]

[gleams]

[That only makes her blush more, and she covers up her face with both hands. She doesn't mind the teasing at all.]

I have a feeling you'll be making me blush often enough that it won't be so fetching. And besides, I don't have any way to make you blush.

[What goes around, comes around, mister.]

[streetprince]

No, you don't.

[ He is completely unrepentant, and also very much doubting that she will ever make him blush. ]

[gleams]

[Oh, he's owning up to that. She laughs at him and shakes her head. He's going to be a handful, that's for sure.]

Well, there's plenty of other ways to make your face red.

[streetprince]

Oh really? Like what?

[gleams]

Well, there's frustration, for one. And anger. And...and...

[She racks her brain and ends up just looking more pink. Huffing in frustration, she shrugs.]

Physical things.

[streetprince]

Physical things? I'm sure I don't know what you're talking about.

[ Yes, he is absolutely being a prick right now. ]

[gleams]

I only know that there's supposedly one thing that men are after.

[Please, when someone finds out what that one thing is, they need to tell her.]

And that thing is incredibly physical. You really learn a lot listening to the women here talk.

[streetprince]

[ He probably shouldn't laugh, but he does anyway. ]

You'll have to show me what you've learned sometime.

[gleams]

[Huffing, she gives him a little shove.]

Well, I might, if you stop laughing.

[streetprince]

Alright, alright.

[ He clears his throat, and puts on an exaggeratedly serious facial expression. ]

Better?

[gleams]

[Now it's her turn to laugh. He's so ridiculous.]

Good enough for me to admit I actually have no idea what I'm doing.

[IT's probably a good idea to let him know that up front. Even if it's probably painfully obvious.]

[streetprince]

[ He smiles a little then, and lightly brushes his knuckles over her cheek. ]

You'll figure it out.

[gleams]

[She leans her cheek toward his touch, but gives him a look.]

I'm looking forward to actually being able to do that.

[streetprince]

[ He actually didn't know she could give looks like that, so this is an interesting revelation. ]

I think you'll manage to surprise a lot of people in the process.

[ He has a feeling she will make a far better queen than anyone might have anticipated. ]
